Sources confirmed to Mada Al-Rafidain News the killing of 7 PMF fighters, notably the Anbar operations commander, in an airstrike targeting a headquarters east of Ramadi early Tuesday.
The PMF, in an official statement, held the United States fully responsible for the attack, which also injured 13 people, in addition to two others injured in a strike on Jurf al-Sakhar.
This strike is part of a series of mutual attacks, with armed factions responding by continuously launching drone strikes on US bases and interests in Iraq.
