The company explained that the new instructions include setting a minimum commission of 500 Iraqi dinars, with amounts calculated according to the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Iraq of 1520 dinars per dollar.
The decision has entered into practical effect, in line with the monetary authority's directives to expand digital banking services and alleviate financial burdens on citizens.
