rafidainscope - The National Crisis Management and Disasters Center announced the opening of a control headquarters in Tuz Khurmatu district to address the damages of floods and severe weather fluctuations witnessed in the region.
The center explained that this step came to ensure immediate response and coordinate field and governmental efforts instantly after the ring road went out of service due to floods.
It added that immediate directives were issued to engineering and service authorities to mobilize capabilities and commence emergency work to reopen the road and serve citizens as quickly as possible.
