highlighted the presence of three oil fields in the province, noting that two wells have been drilled in the Al-Qarnain field, which produces high-quality oil, with promising prospects for natural gas discoveries. He emphasized that the border crossing and oil
projects will significantly boost the province's economic resources. Furthermore, the Governor revealed an upcoming visit by an Italian delegation to discuss waste recycling and environmental protection projects, which will be funded by Food Security allocations.
