that the driver of the vehicle involved fled to an unknown destination, leaving the victim at the scene. The victim's identity remains unknown, as no official documents were found in his possession; he was only seen wearing traditional attire (a
grey dishdasha). Relevant authorities renewed their calls for drivers to adhere to legal speed limits, particularly in densely populated residential areas, to protect citizens' lives and prevent the recurrence of such unfortunate accidents.
