Traffic Diverted in Baghdad Ahead of Arbaeen Pilgrimage Maintenance Works

Baghdad Operations Command announced the closure of the designated "Ya Hussein" route extending from the Bridges Intersection to the Baghdad Arches to facilitate road maintenance ahead of the annual Arbaeen pilgrimage. Under the updated traffic management plan, heavy transport trucks have been rerouted to the capital's western entrance instead of the southern gateway. Light passenger vehicles have been directed onto the Dora-Yousifiya Highway to ensure smooth traffic flow and maintain security along pilgrim routes.
