that the collision occurred when a speeding civilian vehicle struck the Minister's car. The official traffic report concluded that the other driver was 100% liable for the crash due to excessive speeding and non-compliance with traffic regulations. The incident caused
material damage to both vehicles and a section of the road's safety barrier, with no human casualties reported. Authorities have initiated standard legal procedures against the driver responsible for the accident.
