that their delayed career trajectories were the result of previous administrative policies, noting that most of them bear heavy living expenses and have financial obligations and loans, making retirement at this time a significant economic burden on them and their
families. They called for the issuance of decisions to pause the processing of their retirement paperwork, grant them exceptions to extend their service years, or postpone their retirement until they reach the legal age that guarantees fair financial rights, urging
the competent authorities to consider their humanitarian and financial situations.
