Prime Minister Directs Intensification of Oversight Efforts to Eradicate Corruption and Monitor Strategic Projects

During his meeting with the commission's senior staff, the Prime Minister emphasized that the battle against corruption requires activating the preventive aspect alongside the supervisory role to definitively eradicate the corruption system. He directed stricter oversight of provincial projects based on their size and cost, the activation of the informants' reward law, as well as enhancing control over border crossings. For its part, the Integrity Commission announced the formation of field teams to audit government contracts, confirming the completion of audits in several ministries and proceeding with the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy.
