rafidainscope - The Central Criminal Court issued on Sunday two prison and detention sentences against two convicts belonging to the deviant "Al-Qurban" group.
A statement by the judiciary said the first convict holds a deviant religious ideology and incited the second convict to commit suicide, and was sentenced to six years in prison pursuant to Article (9) of the Law Prohibiting the Baath
Party and Racist, Terrorist and Takfiri Entities and Activities No. (32) of 2016, in conjunction with Articles (47, 48 and 49) of the Penal Code.
The statement added that the court issued a second sentence against the second convict of simple imprisonment for one year, pursuant to Article (9) of the same law, with reference to Article (132/3) of the Penal Code.
