An official statement reported that a CTS force, in coordination with the Directorate of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances and the Al-Muthanna Police Command, successfully apprehended a drug dealer and handed him over to the competent authorities. In a related context, another operation in Dhi Qar province led to the arrest of a second dealer.
