the abducted men and women, finalizing mass grave files, and providing the necessary financial allocations for the reconstruction of Sinjar district. Local officials affirmed that achieving justice for the victims requires practical steps, including the disbursement of financial compensation to
encourage the voluntary return of the displaced, and providing residential land to female survivors as part of current government initiatives. Attendees and religious figures also stressed the importance of embedding a culture of peaceful coexistence, restricting arms to the state
to ensure stability, preventing the recurrence of humanitarian tragedies, and preserving the memory of the victims.
