direct targeting of the youth demand an accelerated pace of operations and heightened, high-level intelligence coordination. They stressed that a comprehensive confrontation extends beyond security and legal frameworks, requiring genuine solidarity among educational, health, media, and religious institutions, as well
as activating the family's role in awareness and early detection. Furthermore, it was highlighted that this phenomenon is directly linked to rising crime rates, family disintegration, and economic damage, making it imperative to develop treatment and rehabilitation programs for recovering
individuals and provide them with comprehensive psychological support, alongside imposing strict, deterrent penalties against distributors and drying up funding sources for criminal networks.
