RafidainScope - Basra Governorate Police Command announced the arrest of a suspect who stole a sum of money at gunpoint in the governorate.
The command stated that Basra Police Center detachments managed to arrest a suspect who stole an amount of 10 thousand US dollars from a citizen under threat of arms.
It added that the arrest came after accurate field follow-up and gathering information related to the incident, which resulted in identifying the suspect and arresting him in record time, confirming that the necessary legal measures were taken against the suspect
and his formal detention under Article (442) of the Iraqi Penal Code.
