rafidainscope - The Committee for Implementing the National Strategy to Enhance the Rule of Law at the Supreme Judicial Council organized a developmental workshop for legal workers at the Judicial Development Institute headquarters, focusing on enhancing pleading skills, preparing regulations, and submitting appeals before competent courts.
The workshop featured a lecture presented by the committee head, judicial supervisor Judge Nasser Omran, alongside Dr. Ali Ghassan from the College of Law at Al-Nahrain University, with wide participation of legal representatives across all appeal court presidencies.
The workshop included main axes dealing with developing drafting and pleading skills, mechanisms for filing lawsuits before civil courts and the conditions of their petitions, as well as litigation procedures, judicial jurisdiction, and emergency conditions that may arise in lawsuits,
ensuring the elevation of staff efficiency and consolidating the rule of law.
