extension. The statements included accusations against the US for violating initial understandings shortly after they were made and subsequently withdrawing from them. Officials emphasized that current discussions are focused on the necessity of Washington adhering to the memorandum of understanding
and establishing a clear timeline for implementing its commitments, noting that no tangible progress has been made on these issues thus far.
