The Ministry of Trade has fully launched its comprehensive suite of ration card services on its official mobile application, enabling citizens to complete administrative procedures digitally without visiting government centers. The initiative covers all provinces, including relocation and transfer services,
following the resolution of brief technical bottlenecks caused by heavy system load on electronic payment platforms. Furthermore, the ministry established a dedicated committee to oversee the automatic refund of unauthorized transaction deductions, reinforcing consumer rights and system reliability.
