The Ministry of Trade announced the complete rollout of the electronic "Family Splitting" service in the capital, Baghdad, and all provinces, through the electronic ration card program. The ministry stated in an official press release that the service is now available in supply branches across Nineveh, Kirkuk, Sulaymaniyah, Erbil, Halabja, Basra, Dhi Qar, Maysan, Al-Qadisiyyah, Al-Muthanna, Saladin, Al-Anbar, and Balad. This falls under the ministry's efforts to develop supply services and facilitate procedures using the latest technical systems. The ministry's Planning and Follow-up Department explained that this step complements previous phases that included Baghdad, Wasit, Dohuk, Babylon, and Diyala, thereby extending the service nationwide. The ministry emphasized that this achievement reflects the government's orientation towards comprehensive digital transformation and the simplification of procedures to ensure the swift and accurate processing of citizens' transactions.
