Ministry of Justice Announces the Release of 593 Inmates from Reform Departments

The Ministry of Justice released its monthly report regarding the number of inmates discharged from the Iraqi Reform Department, stating that the total number of released individuals reached 593 inmates distributed across the capital, Baghdad, and several other provinces. The Ministry explained that the statistics included the release of 394 inmates under various judicial decisions, while another 199 inmates were covered by the General Amnesty Law. The Ministry of Justice affirmed the Reform Department's ongoing commitment to pursuing and executing release procedures immediately upon the completion of all legal requirements, in adherence to approved legislative frameworks, reflecting its professional and humanitarian duties with the highest levels of accuracy and responsibility.
