the Penal Code, after it was proven that the convict manipulated a property sale transaction and altered its registration number, exploiting her official authority. Investigations revealed that the property in question originally belonged to the Kirkuk Municipality Directorate, thereby causing
deliberate financial losses to state assets. The competent court confirmed its complete satisfaction regarding the convict's culpability after reviewing all evidence and proofs included in the case files.
