Iraq Expresses Full Solidarity with Venezuela Following Devastating Earthquakes

The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed its deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, its leadership, and its people, following two severe earthquakes that struck the country. The disaster resulted in dozens of casualties, hundreds of injuries, and extensive material damage. In an official statement, the Ministry affirmed Iraq's solidarity with Venezuela during this tragic time, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured. Venezuelan authorities have reported a preliminary toll of hundreds killed and injured due to the tremors, which were classified among the strongest globally in recent times, measuring 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude according to the United States Geological Survey.
