plan was developed based on accurate assessments, focusing primarily on securing mosques, places of worship, cemeteries, commercial markets, and tourist areas. Security forces were strictly instructed to avoid road closures or "street militarization," relying instead on flexible deployment mechanisms. This
approach reflects the governorate's current security stability and facilitates families' movements to celebrate the occasion without unnecessary disruption or restrictions.
