Rafidainscope - The Baghdad Operations Command announced the closure of an unlicensed coal production factory in the Taji district, north of the capital, as part of a joint security and environmental campaign to audit non-compliant factories. The operation, carried out
by specialized committees in cooperation with the National Security Service and Environmental Police, resulted in the arrest of 15 foreign workers found in violation of residency and citizenship regulations. These strict measures are part of government efforts to curb environmental
pollution caused by gas emissions and toxic odors associated with unregulated production processes, and necessary legal actions have been taken against the violators.
