Informed sources have revealed details regarding the arrest of the former director of the Nasiriyah municipality, a move stemming from issues that have drawn significant public attention in Dhi Qar province. Comprehensive investigations into files involving administrative and financial violations, as well as suspicions of corruption within municipal departments, led to securing official approvals to issue an arrest warrant against him, alongside the apprehension of 10 to 15 employees from various departments.
