Informed sources have revealed the terms of a 60-day memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran, pending final approval from the US President. The agreement includes a package of mutual understandings, most notably ensuring freedom of navigation in
the Strait of Hormuz without restrictions, Tehran's commitment to removing naval mines within 30 days, and its pledge not to pursue nuclear weapons. In return, Washington commits to discussing sanctions relief and the unfreezing of Iranian assets, along with establishing
a mechanism to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid and goods to Tehran.
