The Supreme Committee for Million-Strong Visitations held an extensive coordination meeting, chaired by the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, to discuss early plans and preparations for the Arbaeen pilgrimage. The meeting included high-ranking security and military leaders from the Ministries
of Defense and Interior, the Popular Mobilization Forces, as well as field command officials in the relevant provinces. The discussions focused on establishing mechanisms to secure and manage the millions of pilgrims expected to arrive locally and internationally. The committee
issued strategic directives to ensure the flexibility of the plans and their adaptability to field developments. The meeting concluded with the approval of precise security and service recommendations that define responsibilities and timings, aiming to ensure the success of the
pilgrimage with the highest degree of smoothness and safety.
