details on current scales, noting that 80% of this issue has been resolved through mutual cooperation. These scenarios will be presented at an upcoming committee meeting, emphasizing the critical need to finalize the functional number project to resolve dual salaries
and amend specific service laws to ensure the equilibrium of the new scale.
