executed within the past 12 months, alongside satisfying designated criteria regarding employment tenure, salary threshold, and age limitations. The bank specified that the repayment period is set at five years with an 8% annual interest rate, resulting in a fixed
monthly installment of 204,792 IQD, with processing available via designated branch networks or direct electronic card services.
