erase identity and spread mass graves utterly failed to break the will of the Iraqi people across all its components. The Prime Minister extended his condolences to Kurdish leaders and the Kurdish people, praising the sacrifices that paved the way
for the establishment of a federal democratic system guaranteeing constitutional rights and dignity for all citizens. He stressed the need for unified, sincere national efforts to face current challenges and build a strong, fully sovereign state.
