One Fatality and 16 Injuries in Separate Traffic Accidents Across Multiple Provinces

Medical sources reported one fatality and 16 others sustaining various injuries due to five separate traffic accidents in the provinces of Anbar, Diyala, Baghdad, Dhi Qar, and Muthanna over the past hours. The sources clarified that the victim was a citizen in his sixties, while the list of injured included a retired officer, an employee, three women, and two children. They indicated that four of the injured were transferred to emergency departments in critical condition to receive necessary medical care. According to initial reports, these accidents are mainly attributed to driving at high speeds and illegal overtaking.
