Ministry of Oil Follows Up Strategic Pipeline Rehabilitation for Crude Oil Export

The Ministry of Oil is following up on the rehabilitation works of Pipeline 46 designated for exporting crude oil through the Turkish port of Ceyhan, within plans to resume and ensure the smoothness of export operations. The Deputy Minister of Oil for Extraction Affairs chaired a meeting to follow up on the achievement rates in the pipeline rehabilitation project, attended by the Deputy Minister for Refining Affairs, the Director General of the Oil Projects Company, the Director General of the North Oil Company, and a number of specialists. The meeting reviewed the achieved completion rates and the most prominent obstacles and challenges, while determining the duties and obligations of each company and the time frame for each stage, to ensure accelerating the project's completion according to the drawn plans. The Deputy Minister praised the great efforts of the working cadres who continue to work intensive hours reaching up to 20 hours daily to accelerate the pace of completion.
