rafidainscope - The Ministry of Justice announced the release of 136 juveniles from reform facilities during the month of September, in accordance with approved judicial decisions and legal procedures. In an official statement, the Ministry clarified that the released individuals
included 5 detainees, 24 who completed their sentences, and 103 granted conditional release for good behavior and successful completion of rehabilitation programs, based on social research recommendations and judicial approvals. The statement also noted the release of one juvenile under
a discriminatory ruling, and three others under the General Amnesty Law.
