emphasized its strict adherence to government resolutions that prohibit the bulldozing of agricultural lands and orchards, specifically Resolution No. 50 of 2016, ensuring that urban expansion projects do not interfere with productive agricultural activities. Relevant authorities stated that the implementation
involves high-level coordination between the Ministries of Agriculture and Housing, alongside local governments and the Agricultural Lands Department, to survey and designate appropriate locations for distribution to eligible citizens in accordance with established legal frameworks.
