The Commission clarified that the arrest was executed in the act through a well-planned security ambush, in close coordination with the Intelligence and Anti-Terrorism Directorate and the National Security Service.
Criminal evidence has been secured, and the necessary legal actions have been taken against the suspect in preparation for his referral to the judiciary.
