The General Command of the Border Forces has announced a significant blow to smuggling networks following the interception of an attempt to smuggle large quantities of narcotics into Iraqi territory using a hot air balloon in the western border region.
Security authorities stated that precise thermal surveillance systems successfully detected and downed the flying object, which was found to be carrying tens of kilograms containing hundreds of thousands of narcotic pills. The Border Command affirmed that this sophisticated operation reflects
