Bahrain Intercepts and Destroys Iranian Missiles and Drones Targeting Civilian Sites

The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force announced that air defense systems successfully intercepted and destroyed three missiles and several drones launched from Iranian territory targeting civilian sites within the Kingdom. In an official statement, the General Command confirmed that Bahraini forces handled this systematic hostile approach with high combat readiness, successfully thwarting the attacks. It noted that all military weapons and units have been placed on the highest level of defensive alert to protect the country's security. Authorities also urged citizens and residents to exercise caution, avoid approaching any suspicious objects resulting from the attack debris, and report them immediately, emphasizing that targeting private property and civilian sites constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law.
