Arrest of Three Suspects and Dismantling of a Criminal Drug Trafficking Network in Basra

The Directorate of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Affairs stated in an official release that this qualitative operation is part of ongoing security efforts to eradicate sources of organized crime. The statement explained that the Directorate's detachments, through precise intelligence gathering and field surveillance, set up a tight ambush leading to the red-handed arrest of three suspects. Quantities of crystal meth were seized in their possession, paving the way for strict legal measures against them.
