"Terror Gang" Taken Down in Baghdad with 15-Year Prison Sentences Issued

The Baghdad Al-Karkh Police Command announced on Sunday the dismantling of a dangerous criminal network locally known as the "Terror Gang" in the Al-Shuala area, following a series of qualitative security operations. The command stated in an official release that the Al-Karkh Criminal Court issued severe 15-year prison sentences against three gang members, following their conviction for carrying out armed robberies and muggings that targeted residential homes and struck fear into the hearts of citizens. The police confirmed their firm continuation in pursuing all forms of organized crime, calling on residents to immediately report any suspicious movements to support the capital's stability.
