Turkish security delegation, where regional files and bilateral relations were discussed. Emphasis was placed on the principles of the Iraqi constitution, which prohibit the use of the country's territory as a launchpad to threaten neighbors, alongside affirming the protection of
sovereignty and the prevention of foreign interference. The discussions also highlighted the importance of activating joint economic projects, such as the Development Road, and the necessity of cooperation in combating terrorism. Optimism was expressed regarding regional agreements that contribute to
de-escalation, noting Iraq's success in overcoming political challenges and shifting focus toward addressing economic hurdles and diversifying income sources.
