Currency markets in the capital, Baghdad, witnessed a continued decline in the exchange rates of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar. Trading in the main stock exchange recorded a new drop, with the selling price of the dollar settling
at 152,900 Iraqi dinars per 100 dollars. This decrease is an extension of the downward trend observed on the previous day, when selling prices were at 153,750 dinars and buying prices at 153,250 dinars per 100 dollars, reflecting ongoing downward
indicators in the local market and signaling a relative stabilization favoring the Iraqi currency.
