National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji affirmed that Iraq strongly rejects turning its territory into an arena for regional and international conflicts or settling scores. During his speech at the First International Security Forum in the Russian capital, Moscow, Al-Araji explained
that regional stability relies on strategic balance and equal partnerships rather than the language of dominance and militarization. Iraq condemned military operations and the targeting of civilians, stressing that the country's sovereignty and national security are non-negotiable constants. He also
called for adopting dialogue and diplomacy as essential tools for resolving disputes and eradicating the sources of terrorism to ensure regional and global stability.
