of military personnel, and out of keenness to boost their morale and provide them with the opportunity to open a new page based on commitment, discipline, and dedication to duty. The decision included civilian employees in accordance with applicable legislation
to be implemented for those upon whom sanctions were imposed prior to its issuance.
