Launch of Free Internet Service in Holy Shrines Starting Next Week

The Ministry of Communications announced on Thursday the launch of a free internet service for visitors inside all holy shrines across the country. Minister of Communications Mustafa Sanad clarified that the service will be available weekly on Thursdays and Fridays, in addition to all major religious occasions and pilgrimage seasons, starting from the beginning of Muharram until the end of Safar. This initiative is part of the ministry's plans to develop digital infrastructure in religious sites and facilitate visitor connectivity.
