discussion include the elimination of doubled traffic fines, a reduction in penalty fees, and provisions allowing free vehicle window tinting up to a specified limit. Additionally, the revised law facilitates personal vehicle exports and introduces a digital platform enabling remote
renewal and home delivery of driver's licenses and vehicle registrations.
