halt was ordered on contracts for uninitiated investment projects, offering companies options to delay work or mutually terminate contracts. On the regulatory front, the Federal Internal Audit Commission draft law was referred to Parliament, and the fifth amendment bill to
the Civil Aviation Law was withdrawn.
