The Ministry of Justice announced the issuance of a new edition of the Official Gazette (Al-Waqai' Al-Iraqiya), featuring a collection of significant presidential decrees and government decisions.
The Ministry detailed that the new edition includes the Presidential Decree mandating the retirement of the Head of the Presidential Diwan upon reaching the legal retirement age. Additionally, the gazette published the decree granting confidence to the Prime Minister and cabinet members, completing the constitutional procedures for government formation.
Furthermore, the Official Gazette published the instructions for licensing the establishment of private educational institutions. It also included a decision by the Ministerial Council for Economy to amend the fine stipulated in the Public Health Law, raising it from 250,000 to one million Iraqi dinars. The edition also featured legal and administrative updates issued by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities.
