rafidainscope - Reuters quoted Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Sunday as saying that Saudi Arabia has no desire to enter any war or confrontation between the United States and Iran.
Fidan said that Turkey will discuss any potential military needs of Saudi Arabia under the trilateral agreement concluded with Pakistan, stressing the need to protect the region's security and stability.
He added: "Political and military affairs experts witness that Ankara, Riyadh and Islamabad share a common will for security cooperation, that Saudi Arabia seeks to avoid regional tensions, and that the trilateral defense pact represents a framework for enhancing regional stability and jointly confronting challenges."
