The Council of Ministers issued a series of important decisions aimed at addressing vital service, economic, and administrative files. The package included declaring an official holiday to facilitate the reverse flow of Arbaeen pilgrims, as well as activating mechanisms for
financing projects within the framework agreement with neighboring countries regarding water. In the energy sector, the Council approved steps to diversify crude oil export routes, sign memorandums of understanding for the development of gas and oil fields, and enhance the
power grid's capacities with integrated projects. Furthermore, the Council approved financial facilities to support scholarship students, as part of the government's comprehensive development plan.
