confirmed that a dedicated electronic registration link will be launched this coming October, noting that over 216,000 residential plots have already been prepared in 15 provinces as a first phase. It was also clarified that infrastructure works for these plots
will be executed by investors, donors, and contributors at no cost to the citizens. Specialized committees continue their diligent work under the direct supervision of the Prime Minister's Office, aiming to ultimately prepare one million fully serviced residential plots.
