A number of psychology students at the College of Education, Wasit University, are facing a severe academic crisis following an official decision mandating their transfer to other universities after reaching their third year of study, due to what was described
as an "administrative error" in their central admission process. The students explained that the abrupt decision forces them to transfer to Colleges of Arts at different universities while undergoing a scientific equivalency process. This places them under harsh social and
financial burdens, especially since some are employed or heads of households. The affected students appealed to higher authorities within the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to urgently intervene and find a legal solution that safeguards their academic efforts
and ensures their right to complete their education at their original university without bearing the consequences of administrative errors they did not commit.
